Max Overtakes Lewis at the Start and Wins first Sprint race of the Season

Max literally had his brakes on fire at the start of the sprint race. But, then got off to a great start taking Lewis by surprise. It was pretty close in the first lap but once Max held him for the first lap, it was straightforward from that point onwards.
Max took 3 points and a pole from this, meaning Lewis had to settle with 2 points.
The only positive for Mercedes is that they have two cars on top3 which might help them strategy-wise in the race. 
Will they be able to beat Max and RedBull on Strategy only time will tell.

A Sprint to forget for Sergio

Sergio got off to a slow start as others around him got off to a great start. From then on it was catching up game for him but the things turned ugly when he spun at the Maggotts - Becketts. 

He spun and landed in the grass and dropped down to P19. Inexplicably for him, he was unable to recover and had to retire his car in the end. Giving him a DNF at this First Sprint race.

A day to forget for him. Hopefully, he can recover and fight back tomorrow.

Other Highlights

Fernando Alonso got off to a great start moving from P11 to P5. Few laps later he was overtaken by Norris and Daniel. He will start tomorrow at P7.
Carlos Sainz had contact with George Russell in his first lap and got pushed wide. From then on had a really good recovery drive to finish at P11.
The incident between Russell and Sainz is under investigation.
